how we help

Three doors. Pick the one closest to your question.

You don’t have to know which category you fall into. Pick the door that sounds closest to where you are right now. Each route opens with a conversation, not a form.

For parents and carers.

“I’m not sure where to turn.” If that sentence sounds familiar, you’re in the right place. We hear it from parents and carers every week, often after a tough school meeting, a long wait, or a moment where the next step just isn’t obvious.

What we offer parents and carers

  • An initial conversation. Free, no agenda, no follow-up sales pitch. A person who has been here before listens, helps you map what’s going on, and points you toward useful next steps. [REVIEW: confirm available channels and any time limits.]
  • Signposting and warm handovers. If there’s a service, charity, or specialist who can help, we tell you who and how to reach them. Where we can, we make the introduction for you.
  • Plain-language guides. Short, honest pieces on the things that come up most: school meetings, diagnosis routes, sibling impact, looking after yourself.
  • Workshops and group sessions. [REVIEW: confirm exact format, frequency, and whether free or paid.] Small groups where parents share what’s working and what isn’t, without judgement.

For neurodivergent adults.

“I think it might be me.” Whether you’re newly wondering, recently diagnosed, late-realised, or somewhere in between, we’d like to hear from you. There’s no test you need to pass before you talk to us.

What we offer adults

  • A first conversation, your way. By email, by message, or by phone if that works better. No clinical questions, no diagnostic interview, just a chat.
  • Honest signposting. If you want to explore formal assessment, peer support, coaching, or just want to read about other people’s experiences, we’ll point you at routes we trust.
  • Plain-language guides. About masking, energy budgets, work conversations, sensory environments, and the difference between what you’re allowed to ask for and what you can actually get.
  • Quiet group sessions. [REVIEW: confirm format, dates, online or in person.] Low-stimulation environments where you can show up as you are.

For schools, employers and community organisations.

“We want to do better.” If you’re a school SENCO, an HR lead, a community group co-ordinator, or just a manager whose team is more neurodivergent than they thought, we can help you take practical, low-cost steps that actually make a difference.

What we offer organisations

  • Workshops and talks. Lived-experience sessions for schools, workplaces and community groups. Tailored to your audience and time. [REVIEW: confirm pricing and that surplus reinvests in free parent and adult work.]
  • Policy and language reviews. A read-through of your existing materials and policies with practical, named edits to strip deficit framing and improve accessibility.
  • Partnership conversations. If you run a charity, support group or community service and your audience overlaps with ours, we’d like to talk. We’re better together.
  • Speaking and panels. [REVIEW: confirm John’s speaking availability and any specific topics.]
